DELIVERY INFORMATION

Portable Sheds & Buildings

FREE DELIVERY & EASY SETUP WITHIN 30 MILES

We will provide you with a quick and efficient delivery experience. Delivery site must be accessible with a truck and trailer.

NO SITE PREPARATION NECESSARY if site is accessible with truck and trailer and site is NO MORE THAN 2 FEET OUT OF LEVEL.

 

FIRST 30 MILES FREE. Over 30 miles subject to additional charge.

FREE SETUP includes leveling the building to the specifications on our blocking diagram (customer may request a copy from dealer), starting with one corner at ground level and raising it up to a maximum of 2 feet. If leveling requires 1 foot or less, pressure treated wood blocks may be used.

 

Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery.

Buildings at the sales lot can USUALLY be delivered within 1 week. Lead times for custom ordered building are USUALLY 4 weeks but may vary due to seasonal demand. Please contact your local dealer for the most accurate lead times.

 

NOTE: Non-standard metal colors on any building will add one week to the lead time. Peak season and poor weather conditions can add extra days on to the normal delivery time. Lead times vary;

above delivery times do not apply to build on site buildings.

Specialty Buildings

FREE DELIVERY & EASY SETUP WITHIN 50 MILES

  • Customer is responsible for all building permits and compliance with local regulations.

  • Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access and a compacted level pad.

  • Deliveries over 50 miles from a dealer are charged a rate of $4 per loaded mile.

  • Setup includes 60 minutes of setup time, additional time is billed at $75/hour.

  • Overholt Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for yard or property damage due to lack of access or unfavorable conditions. If the neighboring property must be crossed or entered, the customer is responsible for obtaining written permission prior to delivery.

Steel Buildings

Free Delviery and Install

  • Customer is responsible for all building permits and compliance with local regulations.

  • Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access and a compacted level pad. ( Should be within 2 inches in level)

  • Free delivery and install within the the manufactures service areas.

  • Customer must provide a clear entrance to install site and enough room to turn truck and trailer around.

Portable Decks

FREE DELIVERY & EASY SETUP WITHIN 60 MILES

  • Customer is responsible for all building permits and compliance with local regulations.

  • Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access and a compacted level pad.

  • Deliveries over 60 miles from a dealer are charged a rate of $3 per loaded mile.

  • Setup includes 60 minutes of setup time, additional cost my apply.
