Q&A
Q: Do you finance portable desks?
A: We offer Rent-To-Own with no credit checks. As long as you can put down the amount required, you are approved. First Payment is issued two weeks after delivery. No payments are due between initial down payment and delivery.
Q: Is this deck completed, or do I have to do some work myself?
A: This is a completed deck. When we leave, you are ready to pull out the grill and start hamburger cookoff on it.
Q: How long will a portable deck last, will the wood rot?
A: No. Even if you buy an unstained deck, all the wood is treated against weather. The wood is rated for 20 years of full exposure to rain, snow, sun, wind, you name it.
Q: I want one, but the ground in front of my house isn't level. Do I have to go to the work of leveling it?
A: No. We will level the deck to whatever height you need at no extra cost. We use treated wood to level it, but if you supply concrete blocks we will level it with them.
Q: There is a fence in the way of where I want my deck, now what?
A: Even if something is in the way there are a couple options. You could take down the fence before we get there or we can take it down and put it back up for a small fee (typically about $150). We can also build onsite if there is no other option.
Q: Is the customer responsible to remove old deck and site prep?
A: Yes, the customer is responsible for removing the old deck before delivery, unless other arrangements are made. Please submit pictures for quotes.
Q: Does the customer supply the block for leveling?
A: No. blocks will be supplied with the purchase of a deck.
Q: What can I do to keep the pets from going under my deck and hide the leveling blocks?
A: Customers can purchase skirting packages and have it match the deck.
Q: Do I need a permit?
A: Customer is responsible for any code, restraint, or permit. Engineer drawings can be provided on request.
Q: Does my deck come with a warranty?
A: Your deck comes with a two-year structure warranty. Pictures must be provided for any warranty claim.
