LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against termite damage and fungal decay on all pressure treated wood, including Pressure Treated Skids, Floor Joists (On All Models), Optional Pressure
Treated Flooring, Optional Pressure Treated T1-11 Siding.
30 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON METAL
All metal roofing and siding comes with a 30-year limited warranty against rust through.
50 YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY ON LP SMART SIDING
Warranty and Guarantee
Our “5 Year Fix It All” building warranty and guarantee is one of the best warranties in the business. We are certain that we sell the highest quality products, made from the best materials in the business, and they are built to last. If you find any structural flaw or defect in the materials or workmanship (normal wear & tear excluded) during the first five years you own the building, we will fix it free of charge. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products.

Treated Wood Products
In addition to our “5 Year Fix It All” warranty, we have a “Limited Lifetime” warranty on all pressure treated wood. The pressure treating company also provides a lifetime warranty against termites and fungal decay.
Painted Products
All of our painted buildings use LP® SmartSide® Panel siding and come with a 5/50-year warranty from the manufacturer, one of the best warranties in the industry. You can feel confident that you have made a better choice for lasting durability and beauty. Your building will maintain its like new finish for years to come. This means less maintenance is required from you and it saves you time and money on the cost of repainting every other year!

Building Warranty Overholt Enterprises offers a 4 year limited warranty on materials and workmanship on our line of products. We value our long-standing reputation for craftsmanship and quality. We will repair or replace any construction or material defect that does not fall within the reasonable expectation of a portable building. Our building materials such as metal, shingles, treated lumber and siding are covered by manufacturer's warranties. For warranty service, please call (478) 472-1196 to speak with a representative in the Repair Department. Overholt Enterprises is not responsible for loss of or damage to Overholt products caused by fire, flood, windstorm, or other acts of God, or damage or loss from theft or negligence committed by any person other than Overholt Enterprises or its employees. There is no warranty on used buildings.
